Course Details

This course focuses on how to manage a diverse range of vegetable crops in the polytunnels and outside, in order to get the most out of them. It will include:

    • Harvesting strategies for different types of crops
    • Pruning and controlling growth
    • Pest and disease management
    • Topping up the fertility
    • Strategies for succession cropping
    • What to grow after the main crops are finished

All of the courses are taught by Bruce Darrell, a grower and educator with over 20 years experience, with a successful YouTube channel (also on Instagram or TikTok).
These immersive day long courses combine practical demonstrations and enough theory to make sense of it all, with plenty of time in the garden and opportunities to ask questions, so you'll leave with techniques and knowledge you can apply immediately at home.
